On a job application what would you call a Subway sandwich artist?Asked by ffagirl15I am applying for a huge internship in Washington D.C. and they are having me list ALL of my prior work experience. Well I worked for about a year at Subway and need to figure out a proper way to list the job title. Listing "Sandwich Artist" is definitely not a good way to make a great impression on my application. Any suggestions?

Yes. Tell the truth. You worked at Subway for a year. If you need a title how about wait person? Just working at Subway for a year says you are a good person. People don't last long at jobs of that nature. Look at it that way.Answered by martinamagrace
Hahaha if you're looking for an internship in Washington DC and your banking on your Subway experience to get you in, you might as well give up right now.Answered by Manuscript Replica

You don't want to go too far over the top, because if you make this sound like it's something more important than it is, it could make you look untrustworthy, so I'd just go with "Sandwich Artist," which was your actual title, or you could just say "Server," or "Cashier," if you did cash register work.Answered by Bonnie D
